Delivery and services
All deliveries and services based on orders via the web shop subject to these general terms and conditions. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express consent of Viha Express Gabilan. A legally valid purchase contract is concluded by submitting the online order.
Delivery time
The ordered products are usually during business hours, 10:00 – 19:00 uhr. Depending on the area, the delivery might take place in 60 mins or within the end of the day. Deliveries are made during the day during normal business hours. If no person authorized to accept delivery is present at the delivery address specified in the order at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will take the order back to the warehouse and will be delivered again after a schedule with an additional shipment charge.
Delivery area
Deliveries at the specified Swiss delivery price are limited to the area of Zurich. The informations are in the homepage of our website. Please inform yourself about this before placing your order.
Confirmation of the order
All orders are confirmed by www.viha.ch via email.
Prices / minimum order value
The minimum value for products delivered by Viha depends on the zone. Each zone has their own minimum order and delivery charges, you can find that in the homepage.
All prices include Swiss VAT.
The product prices confirmed at the time the customer orders are binding.
Complaints
Complaints regarding delivery must be made in writing immediately, but at the latest within one week of receipt of the goods. In the event of justified complaints, Viha will deliver later or charge less to the customer account or the chosen payment method, otherwise, subject to exclusion, they will exchange the goods at their discretion or grant the buyer a price reduction.
Refunds, credits
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, for example if an item is no longer available, these will be refunded using the same means of payment/way as the customer purchased from us.
For your own safety, we cannot grant a right of return on food and products that are suitable for consumption. All other items have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. In any case, return shipping costs must be borne by yourself.
Products containing alcohol
The purchase of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by law in Switzerland for people under the age of 18 (spirits) / 16 (wine/beer). By purchasing such products, you confirm that you are 16 or 18 years old or older.
Final provisions
The ineffectiveness of individual points of these general terms and conditions of ordering does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
The invalid provision will be replaced by a new provision that comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of its economic impact.
Errors in product descriptions and prices are reserved. These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law.
